The Martian Can't Wait to See It

The Martian comes out Oct. 2, 2015, I am really looking forward to this film. I read Andy Weir’s The Martian a couple of weeks ago here's hoping the film is as good as the book. From what I have seen of the trailers it looks to be a good film.

The book was a quick read even if you aren’t familiar with the inter workings of chemistry and physics Andy Weir does a good job of explaining what's going on. So if you're fan of Kerbal Space Program or generally enjoy spacey video games you should check this one out.

The story follows astronaut Mark Watney as he is marooned on Mars after a storm forces the evacuation of the expedition on the surface. Watney recounts his scientific struggle for survival on the red planet as he struggles to find enough food, water, and oxygen. The suspense picks up further as he tries to find a way back home as he is cut off from mankind. A good read and hopefully a good film.
