Eve Online: Video Explains New SOV Mechanics

Eve Online released a video explaining how the new SOV mechanics work. Its mind boggling. I have never played in the sov wars I stick to industry and marketing trading mostly. But wow these new mechanics seem like a pain then again maybe I just don't get it.
