Star Citizen: Early Landing and Planetside Footage

 

Star Citizen's Citizen Con went down last weekend, which is their annual celebration for the original start of crowd funding for the game back in October of 2012. I have been causally following Star Citizen from afar. About a year ago now, I got really excited about the development after looking at it a little closer I opted to a wait and see attitude.

Now fast forward a year and features of the game are slowly developing. I have as yet to donate any money to the cause but it seems there is plenty of people willing to do that. I will say this though the game footage from Citizen Con looks impressive and even gave me a nostalgic feeling of Freelancer which was a blast to play ten years ago.
